Ethics Thought Puzzle #2

Ok, here's a second ethics thought puzzle:

In the novel/film "Gone Baby, Gone," the two protagonists-- private investigators-- are hired to find out who kidnapped a neighborhood baby girl. 

After a few years, they find the girl. It turns out that she was taken by the Chief of Police and his wife. She's lived with them since she's been a baby and she is deliriously happy. They have offered her a loving home, stability, access to a great life. 

The girl's mom, meanwhile, is single and a drug addict. 

If the investigators say nothing, the girl grows up in a wonderful environment. 

If they report their discovery, the Chief of Police and his wife go to prison, and the girl is returned to her addict mom. 

Explain what someone adopting the Deontological approach would do, then someone adopting the Utilitarian approach, and finally someone adopting a Relativistic approach. 

What would you do? Why?
